Happy New Rear !

Why New Year's Resolutions Don't Work
By Jill Koenig

I recently read an article about something called a "circular mill."

A cirular mill describes how a group of army ants, if separated from their colony, can wind up marching in an enormous circle, each ant unconsciously following the ant in front of it.

When an ant gets lost, they habitually follow the ant in front of it. Typically what happens is this creates a mill marching in a circle, going nowhere and this continues until the ants march themselves to death.

This is the time of year when "society" creates a circular mill of creating meaningless "New Year's Resolutions" and by the second week in January, most people have already gotten off track, become discouraged and have begun to settle back into their old habits.

The solution to Resolutions is a proven system for goal setting and goal achieving. Consistently utilizing a simple goal formaula and having a coach to be accountable to can make all the difference in the world.
