Positives...Giving Thanks

In today's fast paced environment, it is so important to be mindful of the things you are grateful for. Not just the big obvious things, but also the simple things and everything in between.

Before you go to bed tonight, think of 10 things you are grateful for today. What are you grateful for today? Who are you grateful for today? What surprises, struggles, expressions or lessons have you received today? At first it might take some time, but seek and you shall find. Write them down.

What if you made this a family practice every day at the dinner table or at bedtime? What if you shared Positive things about each other every single day? Might this affect your family dynamic in a powerful way? You betcha.

Do this simple exercise every day and see how conscious you become of appreciating the simple things.
